Love the freshly pressed sugarcane juice. Easily beats the ones we can get from NYC's smorgasborg or other "fancier" spots. Generally good inventory of Asian/Vietnamese ingredients.

The best authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi I have tasted in Connecticut. And so many other tasteful gourmets strongly recommended like roasted duck noodle, spring roll, VN ice coffee...Strongly recommend Kien market with new friendly owners Phuong and Loan.

Very unassuming Asian Market. Their Banh Mi sandwich is by far the best if not one of the best I have had, and I’ve had many in different states. Diamond in the rough for sure. You will not be disappointed

Love it. I have been going since I was a kid. For me it's like walking back in time shopping with my mom's. I always immediately headed for the drinks and snacks at the front of the store. As an adult I now go back and shop on a regular for ingredients for my family. This lil mom and pop Asian market has a little bit of everything. It has been owned by the same family for ages. I always feel welcome when I open the doors and walk through. Many people don't know but there is plenty of parking in the back. With the mini restaurant inside you can come and order some food and eat in other take it to go. You won't be sorry.

The grocery is small and aisles are narrow but the Banh Mi is the best! I don’t really do my grocery shopping here unless I was there to get their Banh Mi. I would asked to separate the veggies and asked not to toast the bread. I can do it by myself when I’m ready to eat and it doesn’t get soggy.

We used to shops here when I lived nearby. My daughter loves their sandwich and the food is good. Many complain about their customers services however if you go to busy hrs yes no can’t make everyone happy.

A diamond in the rough. Old school Vietnamese with excellent Banh Mi. I had the Grilled Beef. I could taste the char, the veg was perfect and the bread was fresh . They aren't big, but they are priced right, so get two

Absolutely banger! Its a grocery store but serves delicious bowls of pho and sandwiches. You will miss every shot you dont take if you dont take chances at places like this. Probably the best Vietnamese food I've had in Connecticut, small menu, but dont be afraid of that as its a great thing. You get better quality from small menus than large. Enjoy the takeout if you wish, but eating the food on the spot is why I go to eat. Humble little grocery store with a communal table. Thank you I will be back
